Urgently looking for a female flatmate-
We’re looking for a hygienic female flatmate for a room with private washroom in our spacious 3BHK apartment in Khalifa City A. The apartment is just 15 minutes away from the airport. Rent is 1990 AED per month. Chiller is free. We have two parking slots. And all the convenience stores are right infront if the building. We just have to pay for wifi and electricity seperately which comes around 300 AED per month. Living room and kitchen are furnished but you may have to furnish the room. Our home has got a calm energy and gets plenty of sunlight. We are nice, so we will not expect any initial setup cost for the furnishing we did, but just expect you to be nice and trustworthy too 🙂
